Ok here are my final Shining Fates results. Order pulled goes from top left to top right and then bottom left to bottom right. First up are the rares.

Morpeko VMax, Cinderace V, and Decidueye are all new. Cramorant VMax was my fourth one of them and I still don't have the V. Unfortunately, Poke Loli will have to be ebayed.

A lot more luck on the reverse slot. Got my Eternatus VMax and 5 other shinies I didn't have. 5 new reverse holos as well. That fucking reverse Indeedee though. I now have 5 of those things.

Overall, my experience with buying Shining Fates has been excellent what with getting Charizard, Skyla, and both Eternatus. Only one repeat shiny the whole way through. Definitely a set I plan on completing one day. For the record I only purchased one of each item that offered Shining Fates and I'm gonna leave it at that.

Ive no idea what my collection is worth. In 2018 I estimated 900, but only assuming buyers are interested in buying the sets as a whole. Most would strip off the holos and trash the commons/uncommons because normalfags are irrational and would rather larp as investors

Honestly I never really had many problems. I didn't get as much Shining Fates as I wanted and Vivid Voltage seemed to end a bit sooner than expected but it doesn't matter. Fuck my newsagents has a good supply of Darkness Ablaze, Rebel Clash and Battle Styles and gets them quite regularly. Hoping the McDonald's cards are glossed over when we get them, I got the 2017 onwards ones so it would be nice to habe them.

I've yet to see anything actually fall. I've been waiting for the crash to buy a few that I want, but all that I've seen is prices settle back to December-January levels after the second spike. Some of them on the lower end are still setting new highs.
Gen 1 sets are all I know of that's seen any significant drop, but that could be due to a host of reasons. It'll be a couple more months before we know if prices across the board are actually dropping.

I believe you, but I haven't been watching those prices and pic related doesn't exist for raw so I have no point of reference. All I can speak for are the cards I've been watching, all of which look something like this.
It makes sense that sets from the most heavily printed eras would see a significant decline as grading submissions came back and everyone who wanted one got theirs, but the trend hasn't gone beyond that YET. I'm hoping with you though.

I'm mainly talking about prices being low currently, 2 weeks ago people said the same thing, threads come on weekend, people bitch about prices and shortly into the week that stays, prices dip after the following weekend, and here we are now on the end/beginning of the 2nd week fluctuation. Prices overtime are gonna trend down of course, unless another stimmy/major event causes a spike. Otherwise HOLD those rare cards.
And quite honestly HOLD any NM/M looking vintage stuff, most of that has been scraped up and 70% of people that bought are not gonna sell.
