I went for as many as I could back then and I got 239 out of I believe 250 (didn't have a 3ds so I couldn't do the 3ds exclusive minigames). The only ones I'm missing require you to have friends who also have the game (one requires you to do a funfest with 30 people). Some of them require huge grinds and a lot of strategy, like 1 million exp in 1 day or beating all of the type expert tournaments at the PWT.
