Why can't the mainline games have fun villains? They always have some cringe super serious motivation and end up rambling at you about philosophy for hours.
Team Skull are the only villains in the mainline that were fun to encounter. The Go Rock Quads and Dim Sun from Ranger were hilarious, Team Cipher had their moments too.
