I legitimately thought Bede was a middle aged woman for the first quarter of the game. I thought it was strange that this old lady sparked up a rivalry with a 10 year old boy like that, and also that after like 50 years of life her pokemon were only at level 10 or whatever. Why the fuck would they draw him like this?
