Probably Alola. I like its smug aura.
Regular Meowth is fine but kind of bland.
I liked Galar Meowth a lot better when I thought it was a ball of fluff, rather than just having a big beard in front of a regular Meowth body.

Alolan Meowth is my favorite due to its spoiled attitude and Dark type. Galarian Meowth comes close though.
