So since the once-typical 3rd version "Pokemon Z" got sacrified on the altar of KANTOOOOO in order to fend of Yokai Watch with Sun and Moon, is the only chance of redeeming the Kalos region with a 3D remake in the far off future? Or a Legends styled approach?

Kalos had great potential, but it was squandered by a lot of unfortunate factors going against it (Shit hardware, rushed schedule, dropped areas and plot points). It just sucks that every gen so far has had a 2nd chance and gen 6 didn't get ANYTHING.
