Stall can be beaten by both other stall and also offensive wallbreakers, offense which is too powerful to be reliably walled can only be beaten by other offense, therefore offense is centralizing and stall isn't.

That's not even the problem though.
The offense mons that get banned are the fast ones, which outspeed other offensive mons, which walls actually don't have as much trouble with because they don't give a fuck about speed in the first place.

I have no idea how people think getting reqs is hard even with HOs. If you can't obtain a 30/0 ~42/8 W/L from 1000 - 1650 to 1000 ~ 1750 record you're a shitter, simple as. I used an HO during the Zamazenta suspect and still voted ban just to spite finch.
