With Samurott and it's swords and Serperior (the only starter with serpent body), gen 5 ends up as the generation with the most original starters whether you like it or not.

Problem with this logic is that there are multiple water types that can still fight on land pretty well (this includes Samurott’s prevos). Not only that, Samurott looks like it was designed to be able to move on land since it has digits, forearms, and hind legs (unlike Seel and Primarina). Don’t know why it has to suddenly flop around like a retard on land when Oshawott and Dewott did both water and land combat just fine.

Not really, Golisopod is both bigger and heavier than Samurott with armor covering most of its body and it still moves pretty nimbly. It is also a water type.

Not really since it was already established that there are Pokemon that can fight well on BOTH land AND water without flailing around like a retard (Samurott’s prevos were specifically pointed out as being able to do both). But since you’re still on this nonsense, Blastoise has a heavy shell and cannons and it’s still capable of tossing around it’s weight. I’m not accepting any excuses for Samurott being as pathetic as it is and I’m not going to keep going back and forth with you.
