From an outside perspective, Pokemon fighting is glorified and watered down dog fighting, which N acknowledges very openly as truth "Why are you hurting my friends"
Reshiram is the truth for N and B/W
Zekrom (Ideals) fits better with Pokemon's pushed narrative of "It's not dog fighting, we fight out of love and trust"
It's up to you, but I'm convinced that Pokemon as a franchise leans more towards the idealistic side, N, the "villain" attacking with the truth fits both aesthetically and thematically.
