It’s still a bit frail, lacks power and is easy to kill. Plus, trying to set Tailwind and then Dragon Dance will end up wasting more time being passive than if you used Scale Shot + Swords Dance. Still outclassed in offensive niche

You goal isn't to set up both. It's to use whichever move bet suits the situation and your team.

Yeah I mainly play doubles. There is not much short of a overall BST buff to give it a solid niche that isn't outclassed by garchomp in singles. But the last ditch tailwind is still useful.

Quiver dance is a good way to give it a niche though as is, but its special attack and bulk are too fucked to help it be a pest
