You do realize that a Pokemon like Tropius having better stats and movepool would ruin the VGC metagame and piss on Game Freak's effort that was put into balancing, right? Pokemon like pic-related and Dracovish are extremely balanced and don't hold a major influence on any form of competitive battling at all. In fact, these Pokemon are so balanced that they actually compete with other Pokemon that fill similar roles like Zamazenta and Rampardos while not being overly-common in VGC teams.
