Give it a unique ability that doubles its damage versus Dynamax pokemon, and recover 1/16 HP per turn that passes for each Dynamax pokemon on the field. And yes, Dynamax Cannon now deals 4x damage to Dynamaxed targets.
Make Eternabeam add 1 extra turn to an ally's Dynamax if it hits something.
Give it Earth Power and Thunder.

In Gen 3 and 4 you could learn Selfdestruct. This was back before they nerfed it so Selfdestruct Mewtwo was actually good.
