It should get a regional form or something, or at least put it early in a game. It's a late-game pokemon with mid-game stats and a typing that doesn't work with the stats it has.

Levitate makes it unique. I like it's anime cry. Not having a venus flytrap pokemon at this point would have been pretty weird. Give it Snap Trap. Shame about it being a SLOW
