Collectors that buy everything they want, "collectors" that look for mispriced shit/always haggle/maaaaybe buy one mid tier title and never return, parents that buy a their kids a couple high price titles and a bunch of cheap games and the general public that will buy the game to actually play it, no matter the price. Many people don't know jack shit about emulation/pirating so they don't bother unless it's served to them in an easy way. I mean try telling some random jackoff about FBI installer, CIA files, Homebrew, they won't know what the fuck you're talking about. Now tell them you have a modded 3DS with all the games they want already installed and voila, ez $200. It's all about convenience, not moral crap.
