Sure, you can force yourself to use it, and MAYBE have it be a somewhat passable dual screen setter, but why would you do that when something like Alolan Ninetales, Vanilluxe, Regieleki, Uxie, Deoxys, Meowstic, Klefki, Grimmsnarl, or Gmax Lapras does the job so much better?
