GG Cinderace! Nobody wanted another Pokemon anyway so it's nice to have deconfirmation.

That's actually very interesting, but is it really proof? Smash voice acting is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they reuse voice clips and sometimes they go the extra mile with new ones.
Wouldn't TPC just provide them with any foreign voice clips they need for a new Pokemon?

I believe you're right, voice acting is inconsistent and I'm pretty sure Greninja had one VA in smash 4 anyways. the bigger deconfirm is also how Casey (cinderaces va) follows and regularly talks to the Cinderace smash twitter. That's either a confirm or a deconfirm, depending on if Casey would be allowed to do all of that with an NDA.
