charizard actually winning a poll for once edition

For each generation, there will be a poll bracket of 32 Pokemon from that generation. These will primarily be Pokemon that are actively disliked, or ones that generate seethe of some sort. Forgettability is also a factor but more of a secondary consideration. Vote for the ones you dislike the most (or like the least)!
