>>47138674It has less physics compared to some made-for-VR H-games but makes up for it by rendering the anime aesthetic really good in 3D and having a really good character creator. Especially when modded, you can recreate pretty much any anime girl you want. As a result, there's a crap ton of characters available online, in the form of cards (a .jpg with the embedded data of the girl).
It really shines when modded though. There's an assload of mods. Most for custom clothing but also others like ahegao, more positions, VR specific mods like CyuVR that allow you to kiss your character in VR and more. Because of this i heavily recommend getting the BetterRepack version of koikatsu (get it from /kkg/ in /h/, also a good place to get more info).
