Doesn't matter how long ILCA been around, they're whos and as Game Freak did something they wouldn't even let TPC do and give them a core game to remake, there's a greater than average chance there will be a raft of staff being hired on by Game Freak to fold into Game Freak teams and that's if they don't just decide to buy them out lock, stock and barrel (Masuda being there works both ways, makes sure ILCA adhere to Game Freak lore/scenarios, but also report back to Tajiri about who's good, who's shite and if it's worth throwing the cash up for the studio in the end.
The fact ILCA have no franchise of their own to fall back on, makes it more likely they don't survive as full-blooded ILCA in time.
