I've completed the nationaldex and obtained all gold medals in the battle frontier. Is there anything left to do? I want to 100% this game and then transfer all my bros to gen 4 and do the same there

100 win streak in the Battle Tower for the gold shield, contests, and Trainer Hill speedruns. Trainer Hill is pretty much solved with level 5 Smeargles with Dragon Rage.

the best part of the endgame is role playing. you can create a base and pretend like you are settling down into a new apartment. i only carry 3 pokemon with me for more of a challenge. i find talking to them boosts their morale so i've never lost a battle yet.
