Guessing it's probably too hard. It would need the code and assets from the original dream world which might not be saved as well as the interconnection system to send mons back and forth to the physical game.

It is way easier to just make your own pokemon at this point. The minigames were fun for a few days anyway then it was tedious.

Looking at it now it would seem too tedious and time-consuming but before that all we had for interconnectivity with the PC was looking at lines on a spinning globe and reading a daily "newspaper". Then again we never got anything like it after.
