I think G-Rapidash is so fucking lame because it's the absolute most generic, safe and boring possible outcome that could've been taken for the design. It's literally something that everyone could've anticipated, but not in a good way. It's original form is a more fucking novel concept for a Unicorn even.
I think making a Unicorn Pokemon that's actually like the real mythological Unicorns is a good idea (as in, they're very fucking violent and aggressive despite being creatures representative of purity and good). I feel like that might even have been the intent behind G-Rapidash, since it has much more serious, fierce eyes. But they just completely fucking botched it's design, it's mane looks atrocious, it's legs/hooves are dogshit, it's face looks as generic and boring as you could get even with the eyes trying to look cool and the horn just looks like a party hat that got taped to it's head. It's typing is also fucking dogshit.
