It is fucking wasteful to give Rayquaza and its mega so much pointless Sp.Atk when it should instead go to speed or bulk.
Gayfreak don't care though, as long as they put "big numbers" and "attack" together, it must be good stat distribution, right?

for some reason I thought Delta Stream boosted Flying attacks on top of removing weaknesses. The actual effect is underwhelming

Yes and no. It also protects the ally pokemon in doubles. But on it's own it's and okay ability

It should also set Tailwind, too. Allows for SD sets to be used more frequently and no need for Jolly nature anymore, just Adamant. Oh, and how much more broken it would be in VGC than it was before.
