There's also the fact they never put the new legendaries in the secondary games of a Gen outside their home region - ever. Xerneas didn't show up in Hoenn, because that would draw aftermarket sales of XY away. Legends won't have Galar Legends, purely to make sure if people want them, they buy those games instead. It's a colo situation here anon, they WILL buy other games, if they really want the creatures. Only instead of being two shitty spin-offs, it's two other GF game experiences, so it's better value to those that would be arsed about it.
