this shit sucked even if his team was decent for monotype standards

assuming you had to pick someone else to replace Steven in Emerald, who would it be? I think May/Brendan would’ve been nice due to the way they kinda disappear from the game after Lilycove, or maybe Flannery because at least they’re eye candy and Fire is a less overused type in this game (they’d be forced to pull a Flint and actually give her different types too which I always appreciate)
