Let's have a buff your bromon while improving the battle dynamic of the game thread.

Let's start by distributing u-turn to bugs that could implement it well and where pivoting gives them new tech. Many bugs would benefit, but my top request is that Heracross recieve the move. A non bug type that could also use access to u-turn and justifiably so is sceptile.

My other request is a bit more op and would considerably change the philosophy of the game. U-turn has already seen distribution expansion, before this thread even if I want it distributed better, at some point parting shot will have greater distribution. I think both Salamence and Hydreigon could be justified learning parting shot by egg move. It would considerably buff Salamence and diversify Hydreigon's tools.
