You'd be pretty risky against blue *FRLG (especially if you didn't use squirtle) due to sleep powder/fire spin/bite flinching
Lance *HGSS could full paralyze you (2 dragonites with thunder wave), freeze you, burn you, but most likely flinch you with air slash waterfall or rockslide
Steven has a skarmory with spikes so you better watch out (and ingrain Cradily in RS)
Cynthia has spiritomb
Alder's only threats are rockslide Brav, Heatwave Volc (which has flamebody), Poison Jab Conk
Iris has plenty of oppurtunities to flinch, but most importantly has Dual Chop on Haxorus
Diantha has Gourgeist
Kukui has Stealthrock on Lycanrock but other than that its pretty safe
Hau's Raichu and Eevolution have quick attack and a tauros with two flinching moves and noivern with super fang
Leon Can Dynamax and has 2 ghosts though a much bigger obstacle is getting those rattata through customs
Not to mention that only RBY blue, GSC Lance, ORAS Steven, Iris, Hau, and Kukyui don't have a sitrus berry on there final pokemon, so you better hope that the ones that do use a status move
Though you shouldn't count gen 2 or 1 since endeavor doesnt exist, and no you can't win in LGPE since it doesn't learn endeavor
Youre biggest obstacle with all possible ones are the final mons with a sitrus berry, where you'll have to pray that the ai is being particularly stupid or misses
That said as long as you predict when the ai uses Full Restores, you should be able to fear your way to victory against FRLG Blue, HGSS Lance, Both Stevens, Wallace, Alder, Iris, Kukui, and Hau so good luck
