Either the ability treats everyone as being in Trick Room, as long as it is in play (which is pretty balanced)
Or it sets up Trick Room for 5 turns, like weather abilities, in which case, it changes the meta very drasticaly.

It would be ridiculous on Cosmoem. It could lead, soak up a hit with its Shuckle-esque stats + Eviolite, then teleport out. It could even use a Mental Herb if need be. You can't even OHKO the thing off the bat because it has Sturdy.
