What would it take to get employed at modern gamefreak in time to pitch a 2.5D remake of black and white before they make a shit remake in all 3d instead?

An all-3d remake would be good and match the original vision of BW.
There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with Pokemon in 3D, and Gens 4-6 are proof of that. Even if GameFreak went back to dealing entirely with sprites, the games would still be plagued with the issues of
>no national dex
>Kanto pandering
>non-existent postgame
>less features than older games had like triples/rotation
>no agency during the campaign
>no compelling side content
>disappointing and incohesive artstyle
that have been persistent since Gen 7. GameFreak is doing that on purpose to make a profit, if you can't see that, you are blind.
