Is Porygon Z's weird horn thing on it's head actually it's neck when it was a Porygon 2? Z is supposed to be a fucked up corrupted version of 2, after all.
But to answer your question, yeah it'd be broken. They all get really good coverage like Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Psychic, etc.

Porygon2 is a great TR user, and Porygon-Z really isn't THAT slow. 90 speed is perfectly acceptable for a scarfer.

Broken? No. It'd be a really strong wallbreaker though. While its defenses aren't terrible by any means, it still gets outsped by a lot without scarf. It also doesn't have Volt Switch or U-Turn, so its only pivot move would be Teleport.

I agree. The best use for it would just dish out damage and kill everything in sight. Tri-Attack, Psychock, Ice beam and shadowball/thunderbolt
