You can go anywhere from city C, and it has a higher liberty of exploring in the other 2 thirds of the region

What do you think of a region that goes from up to down, you start into a giant flying city Columbia style (without the racism sadly ) and the you descend to your adventure and come back to it for the league

The "league" is in the extreme south. But the region is formed by 3 sections (north, center and south) and are separated by highways. When you become a champion, you rival gives you his motorbike and now you can explore tha highways, and you have to do it from south to north, ending in your home.
