GBA romhacks are so advanced that some literally have full fledged cutscenes, which from what I see use a decompiled version of FireRed to even work as a GBA rom so theres really no point in wanting PC ports of GBA games
DS games will run exactly as they do in emulation with the split screens. I honestly don't see any point of porting the DS games unless you can make a upscaled .cia port for the 3DS
If anything just wait until the 3DS games get decompiled since they have the most potential to get anything out of PC ports
