This is how you get rid of any remaing Rock-type representation that's still in the VGC once and for all. No one would use Tyranitar anymore if GARCHOOOOOOOOOOOOOMP had Sand Stream.

Basically Life Orb Chomp but without the recoil and slightly more special attack than life orb chomp. The only real downside is having an ability you have to actively build around, or is useless.

Mega Garchomp is fine as it is. It's a Side Grade to normal Garchomp, trading speed and reliability for raw wallbreaking power and fills a different role.

Other Pseudo-Legendary Megas should be brought down to Garchomp and Tyranitar's level.
