Plus 101 Base speed makes them really fast in comparison to a lot of shit. Simipour itself is the fastest Water type you can find in the Unova games and one of the fastest Water types in the game. The only downside is a lower grade defensive build.
>boring movesetsThe monkes also have really good movepools even in Gen V, they are surprisingly diverse. The only real pitfalls is that a lot of great options are tutor moves which can or can't be accessible in game.
