>>47188217Good Question Anon, let me see
I'd
>Wake up at around 5.30 am>Make some breakfast for me and my team >Brush teeth n shape up so me n my team look good> Go out for a walk of half an hour and bond with my pokemon more> I'd sit on the sofa, put the Rotom TV on, Connect my Rotom phone to my Rotom TV and look up Battle videos on Rotomtube. Ofcourse I would analyze pokemon battles together with my pokemon. > Create hypothetical battles with former pokemon champs' teams in mind > be done with this at like 11.30 or 12am depending on how we all feeling>have lunch with my pokes and workout a bit myself and invite my pokemon to join. (Specific workouts for specific typings; water would train in lakes / ponds / seawater, flying types would train in the air, flying etc. I think u get the gist)
> Relax for a bit > Go to a local battle location or a battle gym and train with other like-minded individuals> Go home> Eat Dinner> Sleep > RepeatCouple of things to note;
The Diet of me and my pokemon are different.
For me and the Physical pokemon (ATK, DEF based) Would be a protein heavy diet in order to compensate for the heavy amounts of muscles needed. (Personally I'd like to be a bit bulky too)
The Speed / SpAtk type pokemon would be probably a bit more on 'normal' side of a diet. I'm talking about carbs compensating for the amount of energy they spend, but also enough protein and fats so they can keep healthy and productive in general
For the Hp/Spdef Based pokemon I'd have a diet thats more heavy in carbs. Bigger pokemon need more carbs and the more carbs they get the bigger they could get (With its limitations ofcourse).
That's the general gist of the diet scheme's
Supplements;
I would not be putting my pokemon on steroids or any un-natural X Atk stuff thats just not healthy physically and mentally for my pokemon. I would however consider Creatine since that might help some of the bulkier pokemon to bulken up a bit more. Pre-workouts would 1/2
