I'm breeding for VGC man. There, Female is unequivocally better due to its more defensive state spread and support movepool. Male has a niche with Ally Switch and Imprison shenanigans along with higher speed, but Female is definitely more reliable.

I don't care when others do it, but injected shinies feel hollow as fuck to me. I injected a shiny Grubbin in USUM after I had accidentally killed on I tried to catch in a day-long SOS chain. I evolved it, used it a bit, and then boxed it. Next week, I caught one legit and it's my bro to this day (though its still in USUM because fuck paying for Home)

I know that, it looks fine, and the one I'm even breeding with the foreign ditto is the lvl.100 one I used for Season 7 way back when. I just decided i wanted to use a shiny for this season.
I dunno, I guess this is karma for getting Shiny Dracozolt in 5 resets and Shiny Arctozolt in 102. Had to rebound someday.
