I'm not a contrarian so I'll say it clearly, it destroys all post gen-5 games and it's the direction it should have taken. The turn-based combat already peaked in the sprites era and Pokemon Stadium / Revolution, the jump to full 3D should have come with a more dynamic gameplay instead of the same thing as always but worse-looking.
