Not gonna take types into this but; I'm not sure how flesh and bones will fare against an Iron or rock body like Aggron/Steelix/Tyranitar. I'm confident a powerful psychic like Alakazam could take care of him. Also even though that thing can bite it wont be super effective or effective at all against a ghost type. Also Raichu can paralyze an African elephant; I'm sure Raichu could paralyze that thing too.

Types don't have shit to do with a Pokemon's physiology anyway, they're about what elemental power the Pokemon has. They usually do overlap, but not always.

But yes, Aggron is Rock because it has rock powers, not because it literally is made of rock. It's just a dinosaur with metal armor.

So pretty much all Monster Hunter monsters are at least part-dragon type right? What with Bird Wyverns and Brute Wyverns and Elder Dragons and all that shit.
Only exceptions I can think of are amphibians, hermitaurs (water / ground?) and Rajang—big fighting / electric monkey

This is what Morimoto wanted. He likes to shit on ever Rock-type Pokémon there is meanwhile Cinderace and Dracovish get the special treatment being OP in one way or another while Rock is still shit.

That's not true. Monsters always take an absurd number of hits before they die, even if you use a literal machine gun or stab them in the head over and over, but every single Pokemon can be taken out with only a handful of attacks.

They're hit by rocket powered greatswords wielded by supersoldiers. These monsters regularly fend off entire armies of ordinary humans using normal weapons like spears n shit. That's why hunters are sent in to deal with them. Because hunters are the only people alive strong enough to fight these things without dying in an instant.
