Let's put their battle prowess on ice for now—I want to discuss Ice Types outside of in-game utility.
Ice is literally my favorite Type, but no one ever does anything but bicker how bad it is, which is something I do not remotely care about. I love the way ice and snow is used in fiction, and the things it symbolizes, always have. While in Pokémon it's not generally any deeper than animal + element, Ice Types still appeal to be greatly and I quite enjoy most Ice Type designs.
Can we post art? What are your favorite Ice Types? If you MUST complain about it, at least talk about something else like how they get shafted by being forced into small late-game areas all the time.
