I pulled these in 20[09/10] from packs hiding in a small town card shop. Probably the last time in history such a thing was possible; any later and the internet was too accessible to even the old and out of touch. They went _pretty much_ straight into sleeves and then my binder, but I'm sure someone would find something to complain about on them.
They had (very few) gym challenge packs too, and I'd regret not having bought all of those, but I had very little cash back then. Also some of whatever Neo set had a pack with Entei on the front, and lots of fossil, all first edition. Good times.
