Vivillon cleans XY with Compound Eyes and Sleep Powder/Quiver Dance/Bug Buzz/Hurricane.
It was basically Butterfree with better Speed, has Hurricane (Butterfree didn't get it until Soi'd and Shill'd), and a cool gimmick/design to boot.
