Unironically more excited for BDSP and PLA than anything from Gens 6-8, and I’m saying this as someone who actually kind of enjoyed Gen 8.

An official port of DP which has Fairy-types, new moves, and much faster loading times? Fuck it, I’m in. An experimental game by GameFreak of all people? Fuck it twice, I’m also in. They don’t look amazing but even okay is better than anything they’ve done in the last 7 years

Personally, as long as it uses Platinum’s regional dex and includes mons 1-493 then I’m content enough. Even better if they use Gen 8 QOL and mechanic updates.

Looks like it will be a self contained baby game like LGPE. If the chibi art style was well done I would be interested, but it looks cheap. So yet again I'll be skipping it just like every other pokemon switch game GF barely cobbles together

If gameplay is a big factor for you, then I don't understand why it having pokemon trumps it having lots of very subpar mechanics compared to modern rpgs.
