Slugma is a Pokemon ONLY FOUND IN KANTO and appears in only 3 different routes where you have to go out of your way to encounter Pokemon at a 5% (35% during daytime) encounter rate.

Shiny Slugma is the saving grace of this shitty line. You game/gen has flaws just like every other, deal with it.
