Capturing in general is unfun. It needs to be reworked, although I can't think of how.

I think you're on the right track with 1 HP since that takes luck/False Swipe/Sturdy and heal prevention. Sleep is too easy though, paralysis too. Freeze, Burn, Poison, and Badly Poison with 1/16 or less health should be 100% since the first is hard to achieve and the others are going to kill it the next turn.
