Why do you think ghettos happen, why do you think "bad neighborhoods" exist ? Why do you think the police is there ? There's no inherent way that black people make neighboorhoods shitty, especially since wealthy blacks exist.
It's because many people are racist, without even realizing it, fearing black people and having stereotypes about what they'll do to the neighboorhood, and want to go off and live with other wealthy white people, hoarding wealth and ignoring the problems. I'm not saying there's an easy solution, but at some point you have to realize that most of the stuff people attribute to black people is the result of white supremacy and how they got fucked even after slavery ended when it comes to wealth and rights. It's not black people who bring down property prices, it's the fact that they're on average poorer and because of the fear they've been made to create in white people, the same fear that made you spew out all these stereotypes.
