>>47269491They don't even nerf the moves that should be. Why the FUCK is Close Combat just Superpower, but better? It has the same Type, Base Power, Accuracy, and PP, but it lowers Defense and Sp.Def, which will never matter on the Pokemon that use it because they're frail in the first place, and are just going to switch out when actually threatened anyway. If that doesn't happen, they can just spam Close Combat to their heart's content, whereas Superpower lowers the user's Attack and thus neuters its own ability to deal damage.
Superpower was fine; Close Combat is dumb.
