What are some moves that have little to no PvP use but are a threat / very annoying when used by CPU's in a single player playthrough?

Depending on if you're doing a certain kind of run, any move that inflicts Poison.

Low accuracy high reward moves like dynamicpunch, sing, and OHKO moves. They always managed to land somehow.
One time I missed 2 power whips while the opponent landed 3 dynamicpunches in a row

OHKO moves.
They're so unreliable that nobody except gambling addicts use them in PvP, but losing a mon in a nuzlocke because of them hurts on a spiritual level.

Not sure if I can say that it has no PvP use, but Protect is annoying in single player for completely different reasons than it is in multiplayer.
