Was totally unavailable in Gen 7 without transfer, and in Gen 8 it’s Dexited. I suppose that it’ll at least be back in Shining Pearl, but the thing is fucking cursed.

Purugly is the second fastest (112, Persian is 115) and has the highest Attack by a slightly bigger margin, but it’s still ultimately a very mediocre ‘Mon. Outclassing Persian and Delcatty aren’t very impressive feats, and Delcatty at least has a unique gimmick.
