Technically nothing is OP because everything is OP, although my main complain is the game is still pretty easy so you don't even really get a chance to enjoy them to their fullest. Like you can pack your team with 6 busted Pokemon but end up only using one of them
But if you're looking to use Pokemon you've never used before, it's a lot of fun

>Contrary Primeape with Superpower and Overheat>Ursaring gets Shift Gear and Gear Grind, but renamed Shift Bear and Bear Grind >Exeggcute now gets Schooling and works with Eviolite, making it basically unkillable and evolution completely unecessary>Hypno is totally reworked so it has basically no HP but high defenses, so draining moves are crazy strong>Girafarig turns every battle into an inverse battle when its on the field >the new move War Drum self-hits so you can proc your own Stamina/Rattled/Justified >Pidgeot gets No Guard with Zap Cannon>you can switch between Eeveelutions at will and their movesets carry over, so you can build some busted moveset
