There are exactly 3 pseudo-legendaries in MonHun, and Magnamalo is not one of them. At an absolute minimum subtract like 20 from HP, 10 from Atk, and 5 from Spd; if it's an abuser of Dragon Dance, it can afford the loss anyways.

Magna is a very status effect centric monster, so that probably isn't very fitting. Maybe something like Flame Body, or a ghost type equivalent of Steelworker?

>Default moveset
Magna is definitely strikes me as a big user of Will-O-Wisp. Maybe replace Outrage with that, since it already has good damage and coverage with Crunch and Flare Blitz.
